I do not have anything directly pertinent (ie, an existing business plan for a specific museum) but I did want to throw out something that is more generally useful. I am very impressed by Thomas Wolf's _Managing a Nonprofit Organization in the Twenty-first Century_. It has sample situations, forms, charts, etc. I think that it is a wonderful reference...but I'm also not a manager for a nonprofit organization, so I can't speak from direct experience (though I have received high praise for it from people who *are* managers of historical organizations). Hope this helps.
