Lori -- Before returning to graduate school to study art history, I worked for a company in Chicago called IEG. Everything it does is focused on providing information on sponsorship, both to the sponsors and to the sponsees. Its Web address is www.sponsorship.com. I remember they had a legal guide to sponsorship by Mary Reed. They also have sample contracts available, at least they did when I worked there! FYI -- As they are in business, much of the information is for sale. Good luck -- Ann M.
