Our museum is revising our standard written agreement for using images/audio/video/etc in exhibits. When we purchase, recive as a gift, our borrow a media piece we want to make sure that the "owner" of that piece is granting us the correct permission to use the piece as we want for a certain duration. Does anyone have a similar agreement at thier museum? Does anyone have suggestions/ideas on what should be included?
