The conference will occur on December 5-7, 2002, in Washington,
DC.
Register by November 8, 2002 to obtain the early registration rate
for the conference [a savings of $50].
If you will be staying at the
Marriott Crystal Gateway, please make your hotel reservations by November 11 to
ensure that the conference rate is available.
You can also register for
pre-conference training workshops that will occur on December 3-4, 2002.
You may attend pre-conference workshops by paying only the workshop fees.
(Registration for the full conference is not required in order to attend a
pre-conference activity.
The conference and pre-conference activities are
funded through registration fees, so all participants must register.
