Have you tried contacting the Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation? They are on
the net.

Subject: Looking for video: "Damned in the USA"

Dear Colleagues:
I am looking for the video, "Damned in the USA," which covers the
Mapplethorpe debate in Cincinnati (my own copy is deteriorating). It is
no longer available commercially and I have had no success finding new
or used copies through extensive searching on the WWW. Does anyone have a
new or used copy they would be willing to sell to me? Thanks!
