I used between 300 dpi and 600 dpi depending on the size of the final reproduction. I have found in using an inkjet printer that the type of paper makes as big a difference on color reproduction as changing settings. I was having a problem reproducing a brown color from the original and switched from using an HP photographic paper to Epson. I was amazed at how much better the color reproduced on the different paper. I was able to come close to the original. Gregory G.
