Hi Susan, We do not require such a liability waiver. My understanding is that each state defines responsibility regardless of such waivers. Therefore, they could be useful or useless - depending upon state law. I suggest contacting your legal advisor(s) and insurance carrier(s) to inquire after their opinion.
