I'm not sure if this is what you're inquiring about, but our research policy is at our website: http://www.oceancountyhistory.org/Library/Research_policy.htm We do charge for research assistance provided to non-members, from $2 for look-ups to $15 an hour for more involved research. We are, however, seriously understaffed and considering a serious curtailment of research assistance if we cannot secure more volunteers to take over the research and answering of queries. We are down from a staff of three genealogy/research assistance volunteers to just me. And I have way to many collections management responsibilities to be able to provide the level of research assistance I feel our patrons deserve. Scott D.
