Through cleaning of complete (floors, walls, doors & associated hardware, windows & associated hardware, ceiling, pews, columns) interior with appropriate mild cleansers that will not damage any materials present Linseed oil treatment for the floors---at least 3 coats more if needed Paint analysis and matching of new paint with original colors both interior and exterior Check foundation for structural integrity repair/replace if needed Check roof for wear and tear. Repair if possible, replace like with like if necessary.
