Please, please respond on-list. I would love to see the responses to these. I know the cost varies from repository to repository and would like to know the variation. Even more, I would love to know how those figures were derived.

  Subject: cost of storing artifacts

  Hello,
Can anyone give me an approximate cost per box for storing an archaeology collection in a private/state/federal repository. I know there is such a facility in San Diego, I think they charge $600 per box. Does anyone have any other figures and facilities that offer storage that meets CFR36 part 79?

  Thanks,
  Rose
