Dear list members:

I'm writing a master's thesis on universal design (UD) in North American
hands-on science museums--specifically as applied to exhibits. As part of
my research I plan to survey the field in order to collect data on current
UD awareness, practices, issues and the like. Naturally, I'd like to get
the highest return rate possible (and yes, I know that will be fairly low).
I'm looking for advice on:

-method: print? electronic?
-addressee: director of exhibitions? accessibility coordinator (not all
institutions have one of these)?
-list of institutions to draw on: ASTC? NAME?
-who from: me alone (i.e. Joe Blow from Left Field)? my college? another
organization?
-any other bright ideas you all might have...

thanks,

-Steve Tokar
