We are working on a Collections Storage Plan for a small historical society that has several 18th and 19th century beds in their collection. Some are just headboard and footboard, while others also include side railings. We are looking for something that maximizes the space available, provides adequate support for the objects (some of which have heavy carving), and provides easy access. We are thinking of a system of upright storage, but would appreciate any suggestions or experiences. Nickie Perkins Wright Project Associate Wendy Jessup and Associates, Inc. 1814 N.
