There is most likely not just one resource.  Tax status and legal status depend on the
state and city for some things.  With regards to that, your best bet is to contact your
local bar association and see if they have anything.  Also, some CPA firms have new
business packets.  Some might also have them for non profits.  It doesn't hurt to check
that.  Or your city and state dept of taxation could give you some help regarding forms.
