Hi All,

I thought I had seen this come across museum-l previously but when I searched the archives I couldn't find what I thought I remembered.....

Does anyone out there have a pro forma (blank) exhibit budget form or checklist that they use when planning exhibits? I'm looking for a list (or spreadsheet) that lists different categories of things (broad and/or detailed) that cost money when planning/producing an exhibit. For example:
marketing (print ads, flyers, invitations to events, reception catering, etc.)
collections (conservation, production of mounts, cleaning of specimens, etc.)
education (production of teacher packets, activities supplies, etc.)
fabrication (materials, special tools, subcontracts, etc.)
All too often, things can be forgotten in the budget planning process and I was hoping that someone had a checklist already developed that we could build upon.

Alternatively, if anyone has citations for any such checklist that has been published I would appreciate those as well. Thank you.
