About 9 years ago, I had excellent luck with a local decorator. We wanted roller shades for an 1890s building.  She was terrific. We could have had them in any fabric we wanted.

Does anyone know of a good source for paper window blinds?  We are restoring the interior of an early 20th century post office and need a source.  Any leads would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks.
