I have received the curriculum for the Art of Architecture class that I am doing this June. This involves the students (Grade 6 and up) taking a basic floor plan and adding various architectural or interior elements to it e.g. staircase, basketball court converting into a garage, tub, and other imaginative things. I am making a list of ideas and materials to use for this class.. would anyone like to contribute suggestions of good materials to use in constructing these architectural elements and additional architectural objects I could use for this floorplan project? Any additional architectural ideas, involving art, besides the floorplan idea would be good too. Thanks.
