Hi,

It may be possible to install both Access 2000 and the older version that
the receptionist uses on the accounting computer. This would allow the
accountant to use the older version only for the admissions database, and
Access 2000 for other tasks. I haven't tried this with Access 2000, but
you may want to check with Microsoft or simply try it yourself. I would
guess that since you have the old licenses, you wouldn't have to spend any
more money, but I could be wrong.

If you try this, and it works, could you please let me know?

Thanks,

Ted Stearns
