Can those of you in HR/or Development give me ideas on how I should organized my resume to fit a Development position in museums and other non profit institutions. I would appreciate resume samples and advice on how to successfully get through an interview with a development officer. What kind of questions are asked? What kind of experience should I have? I have a finance degree and 4 years of museum work (Mostly in curatorial and registration). I am on a museum advisory board, whose sole responsibility is to raise funds for the museum.
