I'm working on developing an ongoing partnership between my organization and another. Our first task is to, in writing, outline our program goals and various areas of responsibility. This is the first time that we're entering into a project that is this extensive and calls for a detailed project discription. As I've been writing it, the description is beginning to look more and more like a contract. I was wondering if anyone has a general agreement that they use when entering into a programmatic partnership with another institution. If so, I would love it it you could e-mail it to me directly. As it's our first time, I fear forgetting some major piece of the puzzle!
