How about: bringing qualified museum workers into areas of the country/world
that aren't especially known for their museums? As our population spreads,
new museums are appearing all the time. For instance, we have a great
natural history museum near Ft. Lauderdale, and we're having a very tough
time finding quality people to work here (everyone we've got is wonderful,
but we'd like to find more just like them :)
