I might want to go on for my PhD in anthropology at UChicago. Since
UChicago doesn't have museum studies, would it be a good idea to go to NWU
at the same time for museum studies, or do people recommend just going
somewhere to get that degree or certificate out of the way first, or doing
it after . . .

The ideal job for me I think would be in a university museum, although I
could also see myself as an anthropologist/professor doing work with
museums/display/viz anth or working somehow with museum evaluation. I
mean, I'm open to doing other things or other types of work, but I've found
I REALLY, REALLY like the intellectual & social life and the rhythms of a
campus, and I think that I could do this for the rest of my life!
