Non-profit organizations generally have a 403b deferred account not a 401k,
althoug the regulations are similar.   Our museum's plan was set up through
a local financial advisor and the withholding (non-matching) is deposited
in mutural funds designated by the employee.  The statesmnets come from the
financial institution (e.g. vangurad, vankampen, etc.) directly to the
employees home, not the museum.  I would first ask your HR dept / manager /
or director about your concerns before marching into thier office half
cocked with guns a blazn'...
