Our board standing committees are: Nominating Finance Building Program Technology--generally treated as a subcommittee of Program Development Marketing Personnel--broken into Professional and Volunteer (the latter is new for next FY) Executive We also have 2 advisory committees--the Presidents' Council of mostly local people and a Regional/National Advisory Committee. Each committee has a separate staff liaison, except Program, which has 3 staff liaisons (it's so big and important). Hope this helps everyone.
