We are exploring software to schedule school tours to the musuem. We would
like to be able to have it handle different kinds of tours on different
days, track contact info, numbers of people involved, info about students'
related study units and materials needed. We'd also like to be able to
create a variety of reports from the information. And we'd like a portion of
it to be searchable from our website so teachers could see what tours are
available on specific dates.

Is anyone out there using software that does this? What are you using and
are you happy with it? What are the drawbacks, if any?

Thanks,
