Perhaps at least colleges and universities should tack on a fee that automatically goes into a replacement book fund, and the school have a graduation requirement (during the first semester the student attends) of reading a document and signing a contract that expressly states what a student can and cannot do in the library and to materials, and the consequences, i.e., lack of evidence to support one's research paper. It would be nice if these students had this training in high school, for that matter, make this contract required before entry into the institution. It isn't meant as "punishment before the crime," it is simply teaching responsibility where there might not have been before. Just a suggestion... ========================================================= Important Subscriber Information: The Museum-L FAQ file is located at http://www.finalchapter.com/museum-l-faq/ .
