Hello Listers.

I have a document-identification question for those of you interested in
such things:

Our historical society in Brunswick, ME has a one-sheet broadside printed to
look like a newspaper. At the top of this sheet is printed "Prof. Cameron's
Receipts. 1865". Under that, in
smaller letters, is "Grocers, Merchants, Manufacturers, Mechanics, Farmers,
&c." The body of the paper consists of several "receipts" or recipes for
oil, vinegar, candy, etc. There is no publisher information included.

Using our archives, we researched the name/business "Cameron" and could not
find any info about it, so I don't think he was a "local" (from the
greater-Brunswick area). I suspect that this was a regional or national
publication sent to appropriate businesses to post on their walls.

Does anyone know anything about this document or have any ideas about what
it could be?
