I am posting this for one of my colleagues on the college's library staff. She is trying to catalog a CD-Rom that is labeled as "Nationalgalerie. The painting and sculpture collection." The CD is produced by the "Staatliche Museum Zu Berlin." On the liner notes it is refered to as the collection of the "Nationalgalerie Berlin." The publisher's record says that it is the collection of the "Neue Nationalgalerie," but there is nothing on the CD referring to the name of the Neue Nationalgalerie (although there is a picture of it and the Alte Nationalgalerie, and a third unidentified building on the cover). We have been able to find references on the web to "Alte Nationalgalerie" and a "Neue Nationalgalerie," but nothing about a "plain" Nationalgalerie, or a Nationalgalerie Berlin. Can anyone help clarify this? Please reply off list as I am subscribed to the digest format and hope for an answer before tomorrow. Thanks in advance for your help. Theresa N.
