I have several related FileMaker Pro database files that can be used simultaneously by Macs and PCs over our network. Though we usually host the database from an NT server, they work just as well but a bit more slowly if hosted from a Mac workstation. We use this arrangement in our IT office to give the network support team the "benefit" of using both platforms because they have to support both. As far as FMP goes, I have not found any significant difference in functionality across platforms. For maximum flexibility, fast design, and easy modification, FMP is terrific! ********************************************************** Karen Lominac e: [log in to unmask] Support System Analyst, Senior p: 520-621-4697 Head, Information Systems, Rm 318 f: 520-621-2976 Arizona State Museum, The University of Arizona Tucson, AZ 85721-0026 http://www.statemuseum.arizona.edu ********************************************************** ========================================================= Important Subscriber Information: The Museum-L FAQ file is located at http://www.finalchapter.com/museum-l-faq/ .
