AAM is revising and updating the 1995 edition of the popular book Congressional and IRS Actions on Museum Tax Issues, which covered the period 1990-1994. The book is designed to help museum professionals keep up with developments in the federal tax code. You can help us improve the second edition by answering the following questions: 1. Which tax issues have you encountered in your institution since 1995? 2. Which tax issues do you expect to address in the next year or two? 3. If you are familiar with the book Congressional and IRS Actions on Museum Tax Issues, do you have suggestions for improvements? We will use the information from this and other postings to compile a list of tax issues to address in the publication. Please respond to the address below by September 28, 2000. Replies to this posting will be kept confidential. Thank you for your time. Roxana Adams, Assistant Director Technical Information Service An AAM Institutional Member Benefit!
