Office Manager - Department of Volunteer Services

Effectively and efficiently manage day to day operations of the Volunteer
Office and  volunteer office support, as well as assist other departmental
staff.  Maintain records for approximately 1050 volunteers and manage a
staff of volunteers who assist in record maintenance.  Monitor departmental
budget (e.g. requisitions, payroll).  Maintain office computers, equipment,
and supplies.  Duties also include scheduling appointments for director,
update office manuals and forms, answer busy phones, and some filing and
data entry.  Strong computer skills to include word processing, data base
maintenance and spread sheets.  Strong organizational skills with attention
to detail.  Able to handle multiple tasks.  Requires tact and patience when
dealing with a large number of people of all ages.
