The Montgomery County Historical Society in Dayton, Ohio is pleased to announce openings for two interns to work at the Engineer's Club, a local private historical organization dedicated to preserving engineering developments and principles. Duties for the three month internship will include cataloguing and inventorying the nationally significant collections of the institution, as well as assisting in the development of a collections policy for the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the practical applications of museum theory. Stipend for the three month period is $6.50/hr plus lunch during the work week is also included as part of the reimbursement package.
