Make sure that you provide a release form that gives your museum full legal 
use of the supplied information.  Give options as to the level that the 
information may be used.  For instance, rights to full use- for exhibitons 
etc., only upon death or after a certain date, for the use of the museum 
staff only.  This way the person providing the information will feel 
comfortable and trust whoever is collecting the info.  This will also ensure 
against relatives who may come later and try to dispute the use of the oral 
history.
