I LOVE these kinds of notes. They make me laugh because I realize though I may be diagnosed with Attention Deficit (the inattentive type), there must be a whole lot of folks on line who are just like me. Follow the blinking cursor to the bottom of this note. There, in black and white and plain English (not meaning to be condescending, just laughing here), are the instructions you seek. I've even not excerpted them from your original note, and you'll get them twice. It always amazes me how many people can get themselves signed onto email discussion groups, but, once there, can't get themselves unsubbed or their subscriptions altered without help.
