For one of my classes, I have an assignment to interview GIS project managers. Since my capstone research involves the implementation of GIS for a museum, I am particularly interested in contacting GIS project managers working in the museum context. If this describes you and you don't mind participating in a short interview administered by e-mail or over the telephone, please contact me off-list at [log in to unmask] Thanks! MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit It's late and I might not sound as sympathetic as I should, but I know of jobs that go wanting in the museum field, without applicants. They are NOT chump jobs, so where are all the applications/resumes from folks I see on this list looking for work? You have to send a resume to get a job. I know, I know, many of you are porbably spending more in postage than you can afford. I have been there, too. There is a full time position, curator of collections, open at the Shaker Museum and Library, 88 Shaker Road, Old Chatham New York 12136. I am sure all the "usual" benefits and such. It's in my region, so at the moment the only one I can send off information for. Good luck to all in job searches. ========================================================= Important Subscriber Information: The Museum-L FAQ file is located at http://www.finalchapter.com/museum-l-faq/ .
