Attention Museum Media Producers and Technologists!!!

The deadline for entries for AAM's 11th annual MUSE awards is quickly approaching. Entry information and forms are available online at the Media and Technology Committee web-site (http://www.mediaandtechnology.org) All entries must be postmarked no later than January 11, 2000.

The MUSE Awards were established in 1989 by the American Association of Museum's Media and Technology Professional Committee to recognize excellence in films and videos produced by or for museums. Since that time, the awards have kept pace with changing technology and delivery platforms including interactive multimedia products, multimedia installations and the World Wide Web. This year the new, expanded categories have been added for new media projects. We wish to encourage entries in these exciting new areas.

Please don't miss this opportunity to have your 1999 museum-related media projects recognized at the annual MUSE Awards Ceremony at the American Association of Museums annual meeting to be held in Baltimore, May 14-18th.

Please visit the Media and Technology Committee web-site www.mediaandtechnology.org or email [log in to unmask] for more information.

We look forward to receiving your entries for this years exciting competition.

Happy New Millennium!
