Folks,
Yesterday I was shown a collection of at least 100 paintings on
glass, a collection acquired over more than 30 yrs..  The collection
appears to be primarily European, but with some examples from Asia
(and elsewhere I presume), and generally of a "folkish" cast.  These
are not items that fit into Stanford's collecting mandate and the
owners would like to donate them to a welcoming institution.  If
these objects are of interest, please contact the owner directly:
