A web server is now available at http://rubens.anu.edu.au. This
offers a variety of Art-History-related images (a few of them already
mounted on other servers) in a setup which is both temporary
and experimental. The sections currently include 2,800 images
and their associated short records dealing with the history
of printmaking from the 15th century to the end of the 19th
century, and a few on the classical architecture of the Mediterranean.
For the prints collection, users can choose between menus offering
inlines, or those without. 2,500 images of classical architecture
& architectural sculpture should shortly join this collection.
