The Yager Museum of Art and Culture in Oneonta, NY is seeking several
potential curatorial consultants to provide scholarly knowledge on a select
group of objects and develop a report describing how these objects might be
used for exhibits, programming, and outreach initiatives. These positions
would be grant funded.

The project will focus on the museum's ethnographic and archaeological
collections--specifically material from Mexico, Central America, and South
American (examples Mixtec, Aztec, Olmec, Chimu, Chancay, Tolita, Bahia,
Colima), and mid to late 19th century Native North American material
(examples Navajo, Pomo, Pima, Cherokee, Tlingit, Haudenosaunee).

Interested applicants should submit a resume to Lea Foster Warden,
Collections Manager, at [log in to unmask] Please call 607-431-4481 for
more information about the grant proposal. Information about The Yager
Museum of Art and Culture can be found at http://www.hartwick.edu/x5843.xml.
