Greetings -

I was in a meeting today with a reviewer for an endowment grant request.
The question was posed as to how our museum's endowment compared to
others of our size. Also asked about endowment in relationship to
operating budget.

I have not come across comparative numbers like this before, but it
seems like a vary worthwhile piece of information.

I'm looking for benchmarks. Is there a publication or a study on this
topic?

AAM Bookstore had nothing on-line. I'm waiting on a call back from two
other source,s but I thought I'd post to the list in search of info as
well.

Thanks,
