I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice
about restructuring the editorial department of our
publishing division. We are a small division with 2
editors (one senior, one junior-that would be me), 2
designers, one art director, and 2 production people.
Our senior editor is leaving and I have been asked to
come up with some ideas for what to do next. Basically
whether to leave things as is and hire a new senior
editor or restructure in some way. Does anyone have a
similar set-up? If so, how does it work?

Thanks,

Mariah Keller
