Issue 2 of the electronic journal *Internet Archaeology*
(http://intarch.ac.uk) has now been opened. The first paper to be mounted
on the web is:

buildings, by Robert Daniels of the University of Reading, UK

other papers to follow in the next few days include:

Dungworth, which includes a database of examples and images

The chaine operatoire approach to lithic analysis by Roger Grace, which
compares Norwegian and English sites

Enhancing the record through remote sensing: the application and
integration of multi sensor, non-invasive remote sensing
techniques for the enhancement of the Sites and Monuments Record,
Heslerton Parish Project, North Yorkshire, England, by Dominic Powlesland,

We also have a mailing list which will discuss any aspect of publishing
archaeology on the internet. To join send an email to

We look foward to receiving your feedback, either directly from the
journal (you can click the 'comments' icon at the bottom of each page and a
comments form will appear for you to fill in) or via the mailing list.
