It must have been temporarily down -- I googled it, clicked on 
http://www.jmkac.org/ and it came up.

FYI, if you do have trouble reaching a site that is temporarily 
off-line, google it and look for the link that says "cached".  When 
Google's spider-program finds the sites, their database also maintains 
a cached image of what it looked like at the spider's last visit (even 
when it is off line or permanently dismantled -- it can take ca. 3 mos. 
for it to disappear from their link list and cache once a site is 
removed).  This can help provide needed information in the interim.
