Hello,
   I am trying to find a sample volunteer handbook, volunteer application
and contract, and a volunteer liability waiver. I'm new to this position and
some of these forms that we currently use are outdated, or missing entirely.
We're getting ready to launch a recruitment drive next year for new docents
and I want to make sure I have the correct paperwork ready for it. 

I would really appreciate it if anyone would send me the forms they use or
point me in the direction of a good source, so I could have a guide to help
update/write these materials. Thank you!
