You might try a music conservatory/school. They always have music
libraries and if they can't use it they might know who could. I don't
know any in the Midwest who specialize in film music, but you could start
by contacting the music school at Northwestern University and perhaps the
University of Illinois. Any film school that has a big music
department/school might have some suggestions.
