What is your museum like?
I am working at an open air museum in the northwestern part of Germany.
"Small" is a bit of understatement - about 200.000 visitors a year. But the
scientific staff is minimalized: only three of us buildung exhibitions,
writing catalogues, dealing with the public etc. Could be similar in a
"small" museum, I guess.
