Mattel/Barbie has create a doll that is wearing a long skirt with the
Sunflowers image as the pattern.  I read the same thing was done with a
Monet.  IMO, I just find the use inappropriate.

Really no more so than the countless images of great works of art found
on everything from three dollar plastic table covers to "adult wear"
skirts at the local shop. Frankly, it would be wonderful if a child
liked the pattern so much on the Barbie skirt that she ultimately found
the information on the original.... That's what often happens when art
meets consumer culture.
