Many Sansa players accept Micro SD cards, so the content can be
simply inserted into the side of the player. 1 gig cards can be
gotten really cheap at places like overstock.com.

and bought them for my niece and nephew and been very happy. They
have lasted longer and took more abuse than more expensive ones (They
look cute with glued on pink rhinestones too :) ). The battery life
is fantastic as well. It is just drag and drop from windows to add
audio content, a program has to be installed for images and video,
but it is simple to use.
