Here's another idea: how about instead of "young professionals" the
committee is named "New Professionals"? There are a lot of 2nd career
people coming into the museum field who are basically in the same boat
as young professionals just out of university. While the "older" new
professionals have career experience, they probably have a lot of the
same issues, ideas, and concerns that young people have.

Deb - the young, old professional. :)
