When you're factoring in the visual-pollution issues,
you may want to factor in the issues for those who
simply have vision issues.

Below is a checklist a dear friend, a now-blind
doctor, put together concerning accessibility. Some
of the concerns with respect to signage are addressed
in the document I put up in basic HTML for him. The
type is larger, and it's intended to be a printed
checklist.

I have also sent this document to our supplemental
list targeted at discussing accessibility issues for
People with Disabilities/Special Needs at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MuseAccess.
