We used Antenna during our Secrets of the Forbidden City exhibition. The
units were easy to use, but lots of little things went wrong (dead
batteries, spontaneous resetting, low volume). Staff who were not trained
to use the units (everyone from ticket-sellers to security) wound up being
haphazardly roped into helping confused patrons. So I'd suggest showing
everyone how to use them and reset them when there are problems.

The best thing about ours was that they had English, Spanish, Cantonese,
and Mandarin available in each unit. Very useful!
